Marionberry, Plum, & Pistachio Danish

We’ve created a mix of house-made marionberry jam, marionberries and plums, and nestled that into a bed of pistachio-almond frangipane on top of our croissant dough. We’re adding a touch of pearl sugar to finish it off!
